Born in the Philippines and raised in the midwestern United States, Pietrus studied film, arts photography and painting at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design before relocating to Hong Kong to pursue his photographic passions. After working as a portrait and news photographer, he made the jump into fashion – steering him to London to focus on editorial and filmmaking. His work is characterized by vibrant compositions, emblematic of the creative energy of the industry today.
